I am a seasoned executive leader, strategic facilitator, and certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method practitioner with over two decades of experience guiding organizations through transformative growth. I hold a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Business Marketing from Indiana State University. I bring values-driven leadership and a collaborative spirit to every engagement. Plus, I am a life-long lover of the LEGO brick!

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a powerful, hands-on facilitation method designed to help individuals and teams tackle complex challenges, unlock creativity, and drive meaningful development.
Originally developed in the 1990s by business professors Johan Roos and Bart Victor in collaboration with the LEGO® Group, LSP transforms abstract ideas into tangible, three-dimensional models using LEGO® bricks. Participants “think with their hands,” building and storytelling to explore ideas, solve problems, and strengthen team alignment.

With skilled facilitation, participants are guided through a series of steps that promote reflection, storytelling, and shared understanding:

- They explain the meaning of their model through storytelling

No prior experience with LEGO® is needed. The bricks serve as a tool—not a toy—to encourage metaphorical thinking, make abstract ideas visible, and ensure that every voice is heard.
